Atta ladoo can be made during festivals or atta ladoo can also be enjoyed whenever you have any sweat craving, atta ladoo can be taken as a snack as well. Atta ladoo is liked by kids very much. Atta ladoo is a very healthy option as it contains mainly wheat, dry-fruits and ghee. So let’s see how to make Atta ladoo at home.
Ingredients required for making Atta ladoo recipe are as follows:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Gheee 1/2 cup
Cardamon powder 1 tsp
Dry fruits 50 gms
Step by step Atta ladoo recipe:
Step 1- Heat a pan and add 1 cup wheat flour/atta.( keep flame low)
Step 2- Roast wheat flour/atta for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 3- Add ½ cup of ghee to the pan. Mix it well.
Step 4- Roast wheat flour/atta further 3-4 minutes on low flame till wheat flour/atta get little brown in color.
Step 5- Add 1 cup sugar in the pan and mix it well.
Step 6- Turn off the flame, add dry fruits and cardamom powder in wheat flour/atta.
Step 7- Rest the mixture in a plate till it get lukewarm.
Step 8- Make atta ladoo. Garnish atta ladoo with almonds.
